Dedicated to Safe, Supported & Independent Living
Persistent Living Solutions, Inc. is a nonprofit supportive housing program serving seniors, veterans, disabled adults, and individuals on fixed income. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and structured homes where residents can rebuild stability, receive support, and live independently.
Through our partnership with Persistent Home Care, eligible residents can be referred for non-medical assistance such as daily living support, wellness reminders, homemaking, and companionship if they qualify (not automatically included).

Our Support Model
Residents benefit from a peaceful home environment, non-medical daily living support, wellness assistance, and strong partnerships with case managers, VA staff, and community programs.
